INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
One-on-one psychotherapy sessions. Areas of expertise include: Trauma and Complex-PTSD, Mood and Anxiety concerns, and Skill Building to minimize high-risk behaviours. Caregiver and parent support are also available, Appointments are offered both in-person and online.
GROUP THERAPY
Groups are an excellent way to learn new skills and also realize that you're not alone in your struggles. Offerings will be announced as registration opens. Evidence-based groups include DBT Skills, Seeking Safety, EMDR Group Reprocessing, and Circle of Security©
CONSULTING, SUPERVISION, & TRAININGS
Michelle is an EMDRIA approved Consultant-In-Training. She is able to complete 15 of the 20 hours of consultation required for EMDRIA Certification.
Both Michelle and Natalie provide general psychotherapy consultation.
Training and Workshops will be announced as registration opportunities open.
Michelle meets the standards to be a supervisor with the CRPO and OASWSSW.
